If you are flying and attending the pre-trip, you MUST fly into PHILADELPHIA (PHL), and may fly out of either Philadelphia or Newark (EWR).
All others MUST fly into and out of NEWARK (EWR).
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING ATTENDING BOTH THE PRE-TRIP AND THE POST-TRIP, DISREGARD THE ABOVE, AND CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING FLIGHTS.
We cannot assist you if you book your flight into the wrong airport.
The Airport is about 2 hours or 97 miles from camp. Please arrive by 2:00 pm on Thursday September 3, 2015 if you wish to take the Mosaic Shuttle leaving the airport at 3:06 pm. This will allow enough time to walk through the terminals and get your bags. Please note the Mosaic Shuttle will be picking up at Terminal A. If you fly into Terminal B or C please allow extra time for this.
Arrive anytime on Tuesday September 1, 2015 after 3pm. We may provide a shuttle from the airport to the hotel on Tuesday September 1st around 4 pm. We are also working on plans to use Passenger Vans to get you from the Pre-Trip in Philadelphia to main event. Still working out details.
If you are only attending the Main Event and Post-Trip then fly in and out of Newark. Please contact us before booking your flight to get the details.

If you want to take the Mosaic Shuttle from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) please plan on arriving by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3rd. You must pick up your luggage and plan to meet the Mosaic Shuttle for a 3:06 p.m. sharp departure to camp. When booking your flight, please allow enough time to pick up your luggage and get to the meeting place in Terminal A (Exact location TBD). The Mosaic Shuttle will leave Newark Airport at 3:06 p.m. sharp from Terminal A to beat rush hour traffic. Cost: $75
If you are coming in early for the Pre-Trip arrive at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) anytime on Tuesday, September 1st. The group will meet for dinner nearby the hotel we are staying at (TBD) around 6 pm. You are welcome to join us anytime that night. There is public transportation to get you from the airport to the hotel. Exact details can be found on the Pre-Trip page.

At 2:00 pm on Thursday September 3rd board the party bus at the JCC in Manhattan @ 334 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY. Nearest cross street is 76th street. Our Bus Queen will make every attempt to make your 2 1/2 hour travel to camp enjoyable. This is a great chance to engage with fellow members of the Greater New York Mosaic Club. Once everyone is on board we will travel to Newark Liberty International Airport to pick up people from all over the US and Canada. You will get first crack at greeting these people to our area. Maybe make new friends from across North America. Cost $75
If you are driving to camp in your own car or a rented car, you will not need to pay for any shuttles. Check-in at camp opens at 4:00 p.m. Please be kind to the organizers and do not arrive beforehand (we will turn you away at the door if you do). Keep in mind, there may be heavy traffic on Thursday afternoon. The address of the camp is 1 Pine Grove Road,, South Sterling, PA 18460. If you arrive between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. go directly to the dining hall and leave your stuff in the car for later. You will be able to drive your car to your cabin to off-load your stuff if you arrive before dinner. Afterwards the camp will close the roads and you will be forced to park in the parking lots. Any car that is on camp grounds not in a parking lot after 8:00 p.m. on Thursday will be subject to being towed.
IMPORTANT NOTE IF YOU ARE DRIVING TO CAMP FROM THE SOUTH: If you are driving to camp via the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 476), your directions may have you exit the Turnpike at exit 87 (route 903) (and likewise, your return directions may have you take route 115 to route 903 to re-enter the turnpike). This exit/entrance is open to E-ZPass tagholders only. If you do not have an E-ZPass, you should instead continue to exit 95 to I-80 East (when leaving camp, take exit 277 to I-476 South).

Mosaic Outdoor Clubs of America wants to make every effort to cut down the amount of automobile emissions traveling to and from the event. Four weeks, two weeks and one week before the event, we will e-mail a list of people who are looking for ride shares. We will list your name, e-mail, city/state of origin and amount of space available in the vehicle. Ride share arrangements are your responsibility. PLEASE NOTE: Mosaic Outdoor Clubs of America is acting solely as a referral service for potential car/van poolers and does not assume any liability, and makes no representation that any driver is qualified, competent or insured. By agreeing to participate in a ride share you hereby release Mosaic Outdoor Clubs of America, any Mosaic Outdoor Clubs of America affiliate or Mosaic Outdoor Clubs of America representative or officer from any liability, claims and demands for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, loss of income, consequential damages resulting from delays or absence of the driver or passenger. The Mosaic shuttles will leave camp around 10:00 a.m. For the return trip from camp to airport on the shuttle please book your flights after 3pm for both the Newark and Philadelphia Airports.
Only those people that participated in the Pre-Trip will be transported back to Philadelphia. Everyone else will be returned to Newark Airport.
Please let us know if you would you be willing to pick up people at the airports, bus or train station. Compensation is available.
FOR ANYONE FLYING & PLANNING ON ATTENDING THIS POST-TRIP: PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING YOUR FLIGHT. There a few options we are working on. At the end of the trip transportation will be provided to Newark Airport. This is about an hour and half from take-out.
Mosaic does reserve the right to make appropriate changes to this schedule and to assign people to buses and vans or personal cars based on efficient and reasonable capacity loading.
